  From our experiences as a tenant, you should be very cautious in your dealings with this property management agency. They behave deceptively and unlawfully (in breach of the Residential Tenancies Act) and refuse to do things that as a tenant you are legally entitled to require them to do. When challenged on this, they will make up excuses and justifications instead of admitting fault and rectifying the problem. Their incompetence and lack of knowledge of the law and the requirements of their job is astonishing. So make sure you know your rights as a tenant, otherwise you will be taken advantage of. (I have made a complaint to Consumer Protection).

  Haley green has to be the worst property consultant possible as her emails were rude and abrupt..I wouldn't recommend this real estate to anyone...you have to apply before viewing a property ...what's the common sense it that..her attitude needs to be adjusted to the profession he's has chosen..

  If I could give minus 1 I would. Worst letting agent I have ever encountered. Rude, unprofessional and terrible at their job. Claire in particular was totally incompetent
