    I would give this place a 0 star rating but unfortunately 1 is the minimum you can give. This place is absolute crap, I was told by the website it was open 24 hours yet neither the phone was answered at several different hours nor was the actual shop even open when I arrived. As my situation was an important one and I had to travel for an hour on public transport to arrive and I was incredibly annoyed to see the shop was not yet open. Terrible information, terrible service.

    I ordered a mother's day box (by sight) on a Thursday and picked up Sunday morning. The flowers were the ones I had seen on Thursday and had been refridgerated. They were shrivelled with brown decay spots. So the lesson is don't order in advance, you will get old flowers.
