    Booked half a day treatment for a work colleague as a gift. The place was nice and the girls were friendly but the spa was cold and they weren't sure how to heat it. The room for the massage was also very cold which made in hard to relax. To finish off a very average experience there was a lot of pressure put on her to buy products. Her english isn't great and the girls were so pushy she had to ask if she was required to purchase the products. Very disappointing as we had hope to use gift vouchers for this spa as part of a reward program at work.

    Keturah Carine is my second home ... the moment you walk in you are greeted by Elaine/Tori who are friendly polite and professional. Facials are divine and relaxing, Nikita is very professional and well informed. The girls always accommodate my massage to my request.
